Brunch is not a meal I take lightly.  In fact, it’s practically a religion for me.  So when I was invited to get a sneak peek at the new brunch menu at 1905 Bistro, I was tickled hollandaise!  And then when the tasting involved several other goodies, including their basil-infused signature cocktail, The Green Lantern, and a burger with gouda and grilled onions, I was in heaven.  

So back to brunch…  The new brunch menu starts this Sunday and is not to be missed.  I also plan to go back for their live jazz on Thursdays and because they will begin competing with Ben’s Chili Bowl with a late night menu!
